Volunteer

Help out at the event! There will be plenty to do at both of our annual holiday youth events, so look below to see how you can help out.

Please note: All individuals who are placed on the Volunteer List will receive written confirmation.

SET-UP & TAKE-DOWN
Volunteers are needed for setting up the facilities being used and cleaning up after the event. The event will start at 6:00pm and end at 9:00pm. Set-up will start at 5:00pm and end at 6:00pm Take-down will start at 9:00pm and end by 9:45pm.

CHAPERONES
Adult chaperones are asked to assist with supervision at all of the event's activities. Chaperones also help out with monitoring restrooms, supervising the Parking Lot area, and assisting other volunteers.

VOLUNTEER CHECK-IN AREA
Help check in volunteers and assign tasks that come up during the event. This area requires very little footwork, so this might fit you if you would prefer to have a "stationed" area.

SERVING FOOD
Volunteers needed to help serve food to the attendees. We usually get a good turnout for this event, so we need a lot of help with serving the turkey!

Dress Code: There is no particular dress code for the event, however we do ask that Volunteers dress appropriately and wear no offensive materials. Please keep in mind that we will have youth there and we want to portray a positive message from all involved. Just dress casual...and NO tuxedos, please!
