Volunteer

Help out at the event! There will be plenty to do on August 25th, so look below to see how you can help out.

Please note: All individuals who are placed on the Volunteer List will receive written confirmation.

 

SET-UP & TAKE-DOWN
Volunteers are needed for setting up the facilities being used and cleaning up at the end of the event. The event will start at 5:00pm and end at 9:00pm. Set-up will start at 4:00pm and the take-down will end by 9:45pm.

CHAPERONES
Adult chaperones are asked to assist with supervision at all of the event's activities.

GAME COACHES
Game Coaches will help oversee the basketball, dodgeball, and other games at the event.

PEOPLE MOVER
People Movers help direct all attendees from one facility to another at Plummer Park on the day of the event. We will be using a total of three (3) facilities at the park, so assistance with this is important.
