conducting outreach @ the event
We are asking that all organizations, agencies, and businesses who would like to conduct outreach or have a table contribute to the event.

Contributions can be made in the following ways:
* volunteers to help serve food
* sodas and/or bottled water
* desserts (pre-packaged only)
* paper goods
* raffle items & give away prizes (t-shirts, keychains, baseball caps, etc.)

We ask that EVERYONE who plans to do some form of outreach make a contribution. NO EXCEPTIONS.
