Help out at the event! There will be plenty to do on February 9th, so look below to see how you can help out.

Please note: All individuals who are placed on the Volunteer List will receive written confirmation.

 

SET-UP & TAKE-DOWN
Volunteers are needed for setting up the facilities being used and cleaning up after the event. The event will start at 6:00pm and end at 9:00pm. Set-up will start at 4:00pm and end at 5:45pm Take-down will start at 9:00pm and end by 9:45pm.

CHAPERONES
Adult chaperones are asked to assist with supervision at all of the event's activities.

SERVING FOOD
Volunteers needed to help serve food to the attendees. We usually get a good turnout for this event, so we need a lot of help with serving the turkey!

PEOPLE MOVER
People Movers help direct all attendees from one facility to another at Plummer Park on the day of the event.
